Hi, I am Sara!
I am obsessed with anatomy and the human body. I teach a playful kind of Yoga, in which we can laugh and experiment with movement. I spend my days learning, trying to discover and understand how movement and meditation can help us become stronger, healthier beings. With me you can practice an accessible, healthy, exploratory form of Yoga that takes into consideration that each body is different. My aim is for you to leave each Yoga practice feeling like the best version of yourself!
I first discovered yoga while traveling in Southeast Asia and India in 2012. Upon realizing how much lighter and healthier I felt after practicing, I decided yoga had to become a regular practice in my life.
I used to work in an office. Almost getting a chronic injury from the desk job I had was what showed me that I needed a more dynamic way to spend my days. One of my greatest pleasures is to share yoga tips and tricks, and this is how I started teaching Yoga, with friends and family.
Quitting my office job, I went off to India to study to become a yoga teacher at the source – immersing myself into yoga and yoga only for 5 weeks. It was intense and I felt fantastic and like a lunatic all in one, but I wont go too much into that. Want to know more? You can read all about it in my blog.
I believe that practicing yoga is one of the best gifts you can give yourself, and that anyone can do it. My classes build up gently, step by step, so no matter what your level of experience is you can get the most out of the practice for your mind and body
